Hi my name is Karen and I was diagnosed as being a sufferer of Anxiety Disorders at the young age of 22. Luckily, I got help with my Anxiety and related other symptoms such as panic attacks which helps me cope with everyday life.

I’m living proof of that, sure I have my good days and bad ones, too.
